So another day:) I wake up earlier today, was raining - but even that don't stop me to go to the gym:)
I'm very happy with my today work out ( well "work out" I'm just using elliptical trainer to run). I don 10km in 45min, and burn 550 calories.
I like my first 20 minutes of running - I just tell myself that 20 minutes=200 calories= BREAKFAST BURN!!!! After 20 minutes I just feel like I can run and run almost forever. It's a great feeling. After that I use sauna ( for about 15 minutes) to sweat out toxins from my body. I think it's important - That's way we should drink lots of water.
My food for today:
Breakfast: Coffee, low fat Yoghurt and Banana ( I notice I work out better if I eat banana before that).
Lunch: Salad with tomato, red onion pickled cucumber and cottage cheese ( I found " Pickled cucumber in Tesco at Polish section - it's more salty that gherkin, and it's perfect when I need something really salty and sour, and it's only about 5-7 calories per one!!!)
Dinner: Fruits salad ( strawberry and kiwi)
OK, now the strange Dreams about food - for about 3-4 night I was dreaming about binging, about food. lots of food. Funny think was I was feel guilty in my dreams because of eating!!!!!
But last night I was dreaming about diet!!!! Yes that's strange... Some of my friend give me some diet, and other people was dieting to. I don't know if that's normal - for me just strange and a bit funny:)
I feel down because of my job - I have to try found new one, but it's not easy:/
