Just Carry On and lose that Fat!


Another day:)
I allow myself this week to eat a bit more. I add more protein to my diet, my portion size are bigger, and if I feel like I need some extra snack I just eat some fruits.

My work out it's not as good as last week - still I'm on the gym almost everyday, but run only for 30 minutes. But still - better this that nothing:)

I have a new breakfast obsession: I blend together one banana, greek yoghurt and some other fruits ( Yesterday I add blubbery, today - kiwi ) love that!!!!
For lunch I have some salad and my late snack at work is a fruit salad. I like all food I eat. I thing it's true that after 4 week your eating habit can change if you eat clean and healthy. I not crawling any fast food, or sweet - well almost, but I feel satisfied after some fruits, veggie or yoghurt. 

I feel alright, no week, no tired, I sleep well, so the number of calories I'm eating everyday must be enough for my body.

 OK, that's not salad:) It's just marrow with mushroom.

    Cauliflower, mushroom and lettuce
