Keep Going!!!


I wonder did the hunger will pass after some time, or maybe you have to feel him all your life to be skinny? Did the pretty skinny girls are always hungry? I'm not hungry all day, the evenings are the worst, but I try fight with that. 

Other thing - I have a bit lack of energy - I feel great during the day, but my mood is so crappy, and sometime I feel just bad. And sad... but when i look in the mirror and see changes in my body, I just feel great and I know  it worth is. 

I wake up today, feeling great and full of energy - I eat my breakfast, clean house, went to the gym, back home - eat my lunch and now I just chillout:) 

I think I have to add some food to my diet, so I will not feel down in the end of the day. Maybe some apple or some other fruit or veggie...

This is what I have for today:


 Breakfast: Yoghurt and Black Coffee
  Lunch: Tofu salad ( yum yum)

I love my lunch salad - everyday I make some bit difference, like I swap Tofu for Tuna or chicken or salmon, I add different veggie. I'm using some low calorie dressing as well, because I like when my food have a good taste. Any way vegetable are very low calories, so small portion of dressing won't break my diet.    

On weekdays when I'm working I have an extra banana before my work out, today I just didn't eat any, because my work out wasn't very hard - more relaxing ( swimming, sauna) and I wasn't at work.
