Yes, I know, I'm doing that to feel better about myself.
Another lazy day, I hate days like this... it's raining and cold outside, there's nothing to do... I was trying some new things today - because I really feel like I want fries, I make a "healthy" option - Butternut Squash fries...
Hmmm... Well... It do not taste like fries from McDonald, they are more sweet, and I didn't really like that taste.
After that I was still feel hungry, so I eat lots of grapes and some apple and strawberry. I think I will eat some more of them...still bit hungry...
Tomorrow back to work and my work out (happy). I will try my best again running - BURN FAT BURN!!!!
Tomorrow I will check my weight... I don't think I lose some more this week - I don't see changes in my body right now, but it's ok - my body need time to look good. Nothing happen over the night. But I know that in the end of this month I will see difference, and I will feel better.
Hmmm..more grapes... I really shouldn't feel bad of binging on fruits right?
