Just feel down today, without any reason!!!! ...Well, I think is because of my job, I have to change the place of work...Hope I will found something soon.
Today I wake up about 4am!!! I couldn't sleep. I went t the gym at 7 o'clock, Work out for about 35 minutes ( I know it's not long, but I think short work out is better then no work out at all), Back home take shower, preper food, and now I just sit with cup of tea before work.
Today menu:
Breakfast: Cottage cheese and Banana ( I didn't feel like I want something sweet this morning so i swap Yoghurt to Cottage cheese).
Lunch: Mixed salad with tomato, cucumber, and Weight Watchers tuna in mayo and sweetcorn.
Dinner: Fruit salad ( kiwi and strawberry).
I have to found way to make myself feel better today.. I'm gonna cry if not...
