I check my Weight today at gym - I lost 5 pounds!!! I'm now 114 pound!!! :):):) I'm so happy, I was a bit down last week because I didn't saw any progress, but now, I know it have to take time:)
I also can see that my legs slim down! My inner thigh not touching any more!!! I have a small gap between them!!! I can't believe!!!! Oh, and I lost two size of my bra - that's not really cool, but I know You have to lose something to gain something ells...
All 4 weeks I didn't binge at all ( well last Sunday and yesterday I binge on fruits so it wasn't bad ). I don't feel weak, I wake up with energy, I feel hungry - but it's not the freaky hungry feeling - just hungry and not all the time. I try always eat something when my body want - not at night, not after 7pm.
I run at the gym 3-4 days per week, and on the weekend I try walking as much I can:)
I feel so proud of myself.
Now another 5 pounds and maybe I will break my lowest weight:)
It's so amazing, when you can feet in to your trousers with no problem, when your tummy is flat, and you not worry about muffin top...
