I weight Myself on Monday.. No changes:(
My weight just stop dropping down!!! I don't see any more changes in my body... look same like before:(
I really don't know what wrong I'm doing this time. I'm eating healty and light, I'm work out 4 days per week, I'm walking to work or drive my bike.
So many work for nothing... OK - I'm not gonna just cry right now and jump to the kitchen for some fat - high sugar - food. NO!!! I will wait till the end of the week 4 ( Monday) and I will see is it working or not. If nothing change, I have to find why....
I was in the gym today - I was looking at me at the changing room and I was like :"hey you not look bad! I Can see some bones, and your tummy is flat now" , But then when I back home and take my all clothes out, I was like: "Gross, You look fat, look at your legs, flat tummy? Where?! FAT PIG!!!"
Why?!
Ehmmm... Just Carry On....
