Another day. Today and tomorrow are my "lazy day's". Spend the time with my boyfriend, shopping, watching some move on sofa, no work out, but still on diet.
I eat same think almost everyday. Today I will try eat a bit less because of no work out ofcourse.
I think I do everything right, because every morning after wake up, I feel great. I don't feel like with no energy to get up, like before on my other "diets". I go to bed always hungry, but not hungry enough to not sleep. I sleep well, and after wake up I'm not feel very hungry - just hungry.
Yesterday I run almost 50 minutes!!! I was so happy, I couldn't stop! It's amazing what you can do with your body.
I don't have problem to do food shopping with my boyfriend - We buy lots of sweets like cakes, and biscuits - for Him ofcourse:) and other full fat thing, always lots of fruits and veggie ( he love them to). He can eat in front of me any kind of food and I don't feel bad about that, I don't feel like I want that food to.
I noticed My body don't miss sweets - after 3 weeks without sugar in my diet ( well almost no sugar), all fruits are taste better - they are more sweet for me now, even yoghurt ( low fat activia) taste sometime to sweet to me... I know it sound strange.
The only think what I miss for now are fries - yes just normal fresh, hot fries with salt....
My legs start slim at last - still no gap, but I know one day....
