Yes I know that - It take time, and hard work to rich your goal. I'm OK with that. I lost already 11 pounds, 11 more and I will reach my first goal. I feel great. I can feet in to my old jeans again, my tummy is flat even when I sit. Still don't see any gap between my legs, but that's the reason why I have to work harder, and longer. My fat legs...hate them.
Today I wake up at 7 o'clock - eat my breakfast, go to the gym, back - prepared my lunch and dinner ( very late dinner - i finish my work at 10pm today so my dinner will be at 6pm).
That's my food for today:
Breakfast: coffee, low fat yoghurt and apple.
Lunch: cauliflower with weight watcher's tuna salad with sweetcorn and mayo.
Dinner: fruits salad.
The good think is - that I don't feel like I want binge. Even when I was think to make Sunday my "cheat day", I didn't do that!!!! Me and my boyfriend went to the park because the weather was so lovely, he was eating ice cream, and some spicy chicken, and I just stick to the apple and water. Later I eat some salad. With cottage cheese, tomato, onion and cucumber. Love that - It make me feel full and taste great:) I wasn't work out for the last two days - that make me feel bad. So today when I wake up, I was bit lazy - I was think to skip the gym again, but I went - and I'm happy because of that:)
