My Lazy Day almost finish... what I do today? Hmmm... in the morning long warm shower, breakfast, shopping, walking in town, dinner out... nothing special. I feel guilty because of my day-off of my exercises. I know I will go tomorrow morning, just I start be crazy about that... I wasn't eat nothing "bad" today, oats, salad and melon.
That's my breakfast. I know it doesn't look very nice, but to be honest, I like oats:) And I think soya milk make them taste better.
My dinner out. I was scary I would have problem to choice something from restaurant menu, but I found some salad with choice of chicken and salmon, I eat only salad:)
...and my late snack:) Melon. Good for kidney.
Now is my tea time, so I have my cup of green tea like usual at this time:)
I saw some "new" green tea at healthy shop. I t was expensive, and they say it's some Japanese lose weight tea. I have to found some more information about that...
