I was really piss of, really angry, and disappointed. I was on "crash watermelon diet" for about two weeks, I was work out every day, I was feel bad, weak, unhappy, but I was telling to myself : "hey you have to stay strong, they say you lose 1 kg per day..." BULLSHIT!!! After two weeks I lose 1 kg!!! Only!!! I can't believe that... I was so angry I went to McDonald's and buy banana milkshake...
Day after I was thinking about that, and I decide finish with stupid crash diets.Time for changes.
For now I eat low fat meals, but not starving myself again. I go to the gym everyday, and to the swimming pool, I do 45 minutes a good work out, I'm sweating like a pig, but after that I feel happy.
What about food? Low fat? For breakfast I eat banana, or today I make apple and celery salad with no fat natural yoghurt. For dinner - green salad with eggs, or shrimp, or noodle with vegetables. I eat only two "big" meal, and at 6pm I eat one apple. Nothing after that.

Oh and I'm so proud of myself, I was running today from 30 minutes!!! :)
