"Do it for You"

Right, so I was work out today again very hard like every day. Done 30 min run as well:) I'm feel happy with myself when I can push my body to maximum.
I meet my friend on the gym - she want lose weight too, but for her is so easy (jealousy). She's going to the gym no more that three times per week, she eat almost everything ( even cakes!!!) and for last week she already lose 7 pounds!!! lol. Life is so unfair...
I'm gonna check my weight on Tuesday. I'm so terrified.

What about my food today? Same as yesterday ( I make double portion of noodle), for the breakfast: banana and coffee, lunch: noodle, evening snack: apple:) Good girl.
I buy today Oats. They are very healthy. I work morning shift next week, so I think it's a good idea for work lunch (my break time start 10am). I'm gonna add soya light milk - only 44 kcal per 200 ml, with oats it's about 150 kcal. Nice.
I found something interesting at healthy shop. Slim Fruits pastilles. Yes sweets that's not make you fat. Sometime everyone need some treat. I think it's gonna be my sweat treat, when I need that:)

Tomorrow is my day off gym. One day per week is my off-day. Gonna be a good girl and enjoy my time without exercising.

If I do not do it for yourself, nobody will do it for me...

I was really piss of, really angry, and disappointed. I was on "crash watermelon diet" for about two weeks, I was work out every day, I was feel bad, weak, unhappy, but I was telling to myself : "hey you have to stay strong, they say you lose 1 kg per day..." BULLSHIT!!! After two weeks I lose 1 kg!!! Only!!! I can't believe that... I was so angry I went to McDonald's and buy banana milkshake...
Day after I was thinking about that, and I decide finish with stupid crash diets.Time for changes.
For now I eat low fat meals, but not starving myself again. I go to the gym everyday, and to the swimming pool, I do 45 minutes a good work out, I'm sweating like a pig, but after that I feel happy.   
What about food? Low fat? For breakfast I eat banana, or today I make apple and celery salad with no fat natural yoghurt. For dinner - green salad with eggs, or shrimp, or noodle with vegetables. I eat only two "big" meal, and at 6pm I eat one apple. Nothing after that. 
 That's my Breakfast...

I hope its gonna work for me this time:)

Oh and I'm so proud of myself, I was running today from 30 minutes!!! :)
