1000 Calorie Diet

 
Starting over again...
1000 calorie diet. I will try not to give up this time... yes yes i say that every time...
I can't promise - I will try my best... 
I want stay on this diet 30 days. I will plan all my meal day before, so i can count all calories before i eat them. 

My today menu:

Breakfast:
Black coffee, oats with low fat almond milk and banana
145 cal

Lunch:
Eggplant, mushroom, carrots and wild rocket warm salad
117 cal
 
 Dinner:
Apple and banana salad
187 cal
