Hmmm....10 kg in One Week?

Can i lose 10 kg in one week?
I found on internet some fast starvation diet - for 7 days you can lose up to 10 kg, for 14 days -13 kg. Just I'm not sure did it's work same for someone who already was on some starvation diet...Because for people like me any diet not work "normally".
But i really want to try that one - for one week - i will see did it work for me or not



DIET PLAN:
Day 1 - 1 bottle of mineral water without gas ( 1 - 1.5 litres divided into 6 servings )
Day 2 - During the day 0.8 litres of skim milk; 8-9 pm - one apple
Day 3 - 1 bottle of mineral water without gas ( 1 -1.5 litres divided into 6 serving )
Day 4 - During the day: a salad from cabbage, carrots and greens, seasoned with vegetable oil.    
             Daily Rate of salad should fit in a litre jar - should be eaten 3-4 times. You can drink tea.
Day 5 - During the day drink 0.8 litres of skim milk; 8-9 pm - one apple
Day 6 - Breakfast: boiled egg and half a cup of tea, second breakfast: vegetable broth from any        
             vegetables, dinner: 100 gr. cooked meat, 100 gr. canned green peas; for lunch, dinner and 


             bedtime - one apple:)
Day 7 - 2 cup of milk, 2 cup of yoghurt, cottage cheese 100 gr. On the evening you can drink tea
Day 8 - 1 bottle of mineral water without gas
Day 9 - During the day one litres of skim milk, 8-9pm - one apple
Day 10 - 1 bottle of mineral water without gas
Day 11 - During the day salad from celery: dill and parsley seasoned with vegetable oil.
Day 12 - During the day 1 litres of skim milk, 8-9 pm - one apple
Day 13 - Breakfast: boiled egg and half cup of tea, lunch: low fat cottage cheese (100 gr)
Day 14 - 1 bottle of mineral water without gas.
 Look simple, but it will be not easy... I was thinking to start those diet today, but I spend all day at work, after 9 hour's I start feel really bad and weak, so I eat something...




But tomorrow is a new day, and i will not accept any exuses!!!
