Day three Japanese diet, and Sweat suit.


Tired, and weak today. Got my period pain... It will be a long day for me...
This morning like two days ago, I prepare all my food for today and tomorrow. Just finishing my morning coffee. I really want do some exercises, but that pain just killing me... I have to stay strong and positive. Well, yesterday wasn't bad - I fell a bit hungry in the end of the day, but when I back home after work I was so Tired/Happy ( yes I know it's sound strange) after cycling... My way home it's only about 20 minutes by bike, but almost all way I have to ride uphill... that's really hard and you  can fell your legs burning....

And one more thing - I'm using sweat suit when I'm cycling.
  I sweat like a pig... I know it's only water and it's not really helps me lose weight, but even if it's only water - I have here a lot in my body!!!

Ok, so now time to show my today menu:)

Brakfast:
 Black coffee...only again

Dinner:
 One egg and three carrots...

Supper:
 Apples!!!! I'm so happy because of theme.. I use to eat them every day, my favorite fruits:) And I can eat  how many I want today heheh...

Right... That's everything for today, I hope my sweet desire not break my diet...

Here I come Again:) Japanese Diet!

Well, I feel strength to do this now. Now it's the time for changes...
I don't know why, but i feel full of energy, even if I work 6 -7 days per week, OK - I'm a bi tired, but it's not bad.
I found on internet new diet ( yes again) - It's call "Japanese diet", and it's very low calories... sound good;)
 
That's the Diet:
 
You should do that 13-14 days - I don't know if I can keep  on that diet for so long - It's not that I want give up - it's because of my boyfriend - who want me to lose weight, but don't understand I can't do that without diet... I know strange...
I will try stick on that plan how long i Can, and after i will make some small changes... just a small one...
I'm already make some today - well not big one - I just replace beef with salmon, just because I don't like beef...
 
Ok, so far my first day look like this:
 
Breakfast 
 Black coffee 

Dinner:
Salad, two eggs and tomato

Supper:
Salmon and salad.

I have to say, day one was good. I wasn't feel hungry - I eat a lot of salad and it make me feel full. I think salmon work same way - it's fill you up.
I was drink lots of water, green tea and coffee ofcourse ( well only two).

Today menu look like this:

Breakfast:
 Coffee and toast 

Dinner:
Salmon and salad

Supper:
Salmon (not beef as I say before) and yoghourt ( I read on internet that I can replace buttermilk with natural yoghurt).
 
I work out at home, but I think to join the gym again. I'm using my bike everyday now to get to work - I think it's a good exercise.
 
The worst things is -that people at work start watching me what I'm eating, they laugh that I'm on diet...I hate them, but we see who gonna laugh last...
