I was watching some thinspo "before and after", I have to say this is really inspiring. Those girls, who make a big chance, without saying "tomorrow", without give up, with strong save control, and with the strength of the struggle for their dreams...

I want be one of them. I want have that "power" inside me, I want be strong enough to fight for my dream.

My Apple Diet

It's easy and i like apple very much:)

 You eat how much apple you want during all day. I read about that on internet - it's quite popular. So I had already one apple and coffee for breakfast, i want eat about 4-5 apple per day.

You should drink green tea, but i drink coffee as well. I just can't not to drink coffee.
